NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

June 8^th – July 16^th

Parents can complete the registration process through either:

VIRTUAL ONLINE COMPLETION:

• Parents can submit the above required documentation through the online portal by clicking the here:Submit New Student Documents Required for Registration Here
• If you choose this option, you will be contacted within 3 business days to confirm your documentation (excluding district holidays or breaks).
• Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and/or an email address so we can correspond with you promptly.

IN PERSON COMPLETION:

• Parents can receive in-person assistance with the required documentation by visiting the Lamar CISD New Student Central Registration Center located in Lamar Junior High. The address and contact information for the New Student Central Registration Center is:

July 23 Onward:

Grades 9-12: Turn in required documentation and complete the registration process at your zoned high school campus. You can make an appointment here:

If your student needs to be withdrawn from Randle High School, please fill out the withdraw form linked below and return to us with a copy of your photo ID. 

Withdraws can also be done in person at Randle High School. Please make sure to bring your photo ID with you.

The quickest way for your transcript to be sent and received is digitally through SchooLinks. This is available to students who graduated in 2022 or later. Students who didn’t graduate from Randle High School or who graduated earlier than 2022 must use our transcript portal.

SchooLinks Login Note: Do not use your LCISD login on the SchooLinks website. All students entered a personal email into SchooLinks their senior year before graduating. That email will be your SchooLinks login email. If this is your first time logging in as an alumni, or you don’t remember your password, use the forgot password feature. If you have further issues, you can utilitze the chat feature at the bottom right of the login screen.

Our transcript Portal is best for transcripts that need to be picked up or mailed from TRHS. Please allow 48 hours for processing. You will receive a notification when your transcript is ready for pickup or has been mailed.

​​​​​​​Please remember that universities and the NCAA Clearinghouse may take a minimum of 10 working days to process transcripts once they have been received.

NCAA Clearinghouse - you must register at the NCAA Eligibility Center before transcripts can be uploaded into the system. These transcripts are requested the same way as any others using the methods above.

Driver’s License VOEs

A Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form is required in Texas for students under 18 who are applying for a learner’s permit or driver’s license. The VOE verifies that the student is enrolled in school and in good standing.

VOEs at TRHS are done both in person and digitally.

In Person – Students can stop by room 1118 during their lunch to get a VOE. They will receive it immediately.

Digitally – Please request using the button below and the VOE will be emailed back to you once complete. You will receive 2 emails from Informed K12. The first one will say SUBMITTED and will not have your completed VOE. Wait for the one that says COMPLETED. Example below.

Social Security VOEs

If you need Social Security Form SSA-1372-BK signed by a school official, please make sure all sections (1 through 8) are filled out on the “student statement regarding school attendance” section before bringing the forms to Randle High School for signatures. The forms can be dropped off at TRHS during normal busines hours for the Registrar to sign. Once the signature is obtained, we can send the form home with the student or call you to let you know they are ready for pick up.
